SANIA is developed by ALLSAN to give screens a new role: allowing visitors to ask questions and directly access the information they need.
ALLSAN has worked in digital signage and interactive solutions since 2007. This experience has built practical knowledge of screen-based uses, deployment constraints and the expectations of organizations that welcome the public.
SANIA extends that expertise with a conversational layer: the screen no longer only broadcasts information, it can become a point of dialogue with the visitor.
In many venues, information exists but is hard to find: signs, menus, web pages, documents or staff repeatedly asked the same questions. SANIA was designed to make access more direct through conversation.
SANIA is designed for professional environments: retail, tourism, hospitality, shopping centres, museums and cultural venues, companies, public authorities, banks and reception areas.
We distinguish native SANIA capabilities, configuration options and specific integrations. The aim is to build a useful and credible scope without promising functions that are not part of the project.
SANIA can handle certain information requests and make content available at any time. It does not replace situations requiring a decision, business expertise or a human relationship.
Digital signage is built around broadcasting information. SANIA adds the ability to question that information. The two uses are complementary: some messages need to be seen by everyone, while others need to be explained on demand.
Our vision is to make this interaction simple enough to fit naturally into physical venues while leaving each organization in control of its content, context and service scope.
